Building a new home is one of the biggest projects a family ever takes on, and it helps to have a builder whose roots go deep in the community. Sandrini Construction Inc has built homes in Lewis County since 1976. Ben L. Sandrini founded the company, and Kathy and Ron Sandrini have owned and run it since 1991.

Building in Rural Lewis County
A rural lot comes with things a city lot doesn’t, such as a well and septic system, a driveway and access, drainage and soil conditions, and in some places floodplain or critical-area rules. Lewis County has seen serious flooding along the Chehalis River and its tributaries, so where and how a home sits on the land really matters. Our long local experience helps us plan around these factors from day one rather than finding them halfway through the build.
A Builder You Can Reach
With a new home, you want to know exactly who to call with questions. At Sandrini Construction that’s Kathy or Ron, the owners. We’re a family business working out of our shop at 100 Robin Rd E in Chehalis. We’re not a franchise or an out-of-town production builder.
Where We Build
We build new homes in Chehalis, Centralia, Napavine, Winlock, Adna, Onalaska, Toledo, Mossyrock, Morton, Pe Ell and most of Lewis County.
