A lot of homes in Chehalis and around Lewis County were built decades ago. They have good bones, but the floor plans, finishes and systems no longer suit the way families live now. Sandrini Construction Inc has remodeled homes here since 1976, and we’re still family-owned and run by Kathy and Ron Sandrini from our shop on Robin Road East.
Remodeling Projects We Handle
- Whole-home renovations and updates
- Opening walls and reworking floor plans
- Flooring, trim, doors and interior finish work
- Accessibility and aging-in-place updates
- Kitchen and bathroom remodels (see our dedicated kitchen and bathroom pages)
Why an Experienced Local Remodeler Matters
Older houses in Chehalis, Centralia and the surrounding area tend to surprise you once the walls come open. You might find framing that doesn’t match today’s sizes, outdated wiring, or moisture problems that come with our wet western Washington winters. A contractor who has worked on local homes for decades knows what to look for and plans for it from the start, so you’re less likely to face mid-project shocks. Because Sandrini Construction also builds additions, new homes and concrete work, we can handle structural changes and foundation repairs ourselves instead of hiring another company.
How a Sandrini Remodel Works
We start with a visit to your home so we can see the space and hear what isn’t working for you. Next we put together a written proposal that lays out the scope and the price. Once you approve it, we handle the permits and scheduling, then our crew does the work while keeping you updated as it goes. Every project closes with a final walkthrough with you.
Remodeling Throughout Lewis County
Most of our remodeling work is in Chehalis and Centralia. We also serve homeowners in Napavine, Winlock, Adna, Onalaska, Toledo, Mossyrock, Morton, Pe Ell and most of the rest of Lewis County. Whether you live in a craftsman bungalow near downtown or a farmhouse out in the county, we’d like to help you make it fit your life again.
