A bathroom remodel can do a lot more than update the look. It can fix ongoing moisture problems, make a small room feel larger, and make the space safer for every member of the family. Sandrini Construction Inc has remodeled bathrooms in Chehalis, Centralia and across Lewis County since 1976. We’re a family-owned business run by Kathy and Ron Sandrini.

Moisture Is the Enemy in Western Washington
Our damp climate makes bathroom ventilation and waterproofing especially important. Pull out an old tub surround in a Lewis County home and you’ll often find soft subfloor, damaged framing or mold behind the walls. When we remodel a bathroom, we look after what’s behind the tile as much as the tile itself. That means proper waterproofing, ventilation that actually vents outside, and repairing any damage we find so the problem doesn’t come back.
Small Bathroom, Big Improvement
Many older homes in Chehalis and Centralia have compact bathrooms. Good planning makes a big difference: a different vanity size, a recessed niche instead of a bulky shelf, or a shower that takes the place of a tub nobody uses. We’ll go over options that make the room work better without stretching your budget.
Aging-in-Place Bathrooms
If you’re planning to stay in your home for the long haul, a safer bathroom is one of the smartest upgrades you can make. A low-threshold shower, sturdy grab bars, good lighting and slip-resistant flooring help keep the bathroom usable for years to come.
Serving Chehalis and Beyond
We remodel bathrooms in Chehalis, Centralia, Napavine, Winlock, Adna, Toledo, Onalaska, Mossyrock, Morton, Pe Ell and most of Lewis County.
