Chehalis has been home to Sandrini Construction since 1976. Ben L. Sandrini founded the company here, and Kathy and Ron Sandrini have run it since 1991 from our shop at 100 Robin Rd E. When you hire us for a project in Chehalis, you’re hiring neighbors who will still be around long after the job is finished.

We Know Chehalis Homes
Chehalis has a little of everything. There are historic homes in the older neighborhoods near downtown and the West Side, mid-century houses on quiet residential streets, newer homes on the edges of town, and farms and acreage just outside city limits. Each comes with its own challenges. Older homes may hide outdated wiring, framing that doesn’t match modern sizes, or decades of earlier remodels. Properties near the Chehalis and Newaukum rivers can bring drainage and floodplain issues that affect how and where you can build. We’ve worked through these conditions for nearly 50 years and plan for them up front.
Remodeling Downtown and Commercial Spaces
Downtown Chehalis has a lot of character, and many of its buildings are decades old. We work with local business and property owners on storefront updates, interior remodels and tenant improvements that respect the building and still meet current codes.
Permits in Chehalis
Projects inside city limits go through the City of Chehalis, and properties outside town fall under Lewis County. We know the local process and handle the permits for you.
