From Foundation to Finished Building
A steel building is only as good as what it sits on. Because Sandrini Construction pours its own concrete foundations and slabs, we manage the whole project, from site preparation and foundation through erecting the building and finishing it out. You don’t have to coordinate a concrete company, a steel erector and a finish contractor separately. One local contractor is responsible for all of it.
Built for Lewis County Conditions
Heavy rain, wet soils and, on some properties, floodplain rules all affect how a steel building should be placed and built. Good drainage around the slab, the right foundation design, and proper flashing and ventilation help prevent standing water and condensation inside the building. After nearly 50 years of building in Lewis County, we plan for these conditions from the start.
Finishing the Interior
Plenty of steel buildings need more than a shell, such as offices, restrooms, a customer area or an insulated shop space. Commercial space remodeling is our other specialty, so we can finish the inside of your steel building as well as put it up.
Permits Handled, Free Estimates
We handle permits with the City of Chehalis, the City of Centralia or Lewis County, and estimates are free.
